Rains in southern Brazil leave 75 dead, 88,000 homeless and entire cities under water
Heavy rains are devastating Rio Grande do Sul, the southernmost state of Brazil, on the border with Argentina and Uruguay, and have already left 75 people dead, more than 88,000 homeless and entire cities under water until this Sunday. There are at least 103 people missing and 155 injured due to the floods.
