Brazilian cryptocurrency trading startup Gimmer launches decentralised trading platform

Thanks to the recent launch of automated crypto trading startup Gimmer’s decentralised platform, it is now possible for anyone to get involved in the digital currency trade, regardless of their level of experience or knowledge.

In 2016, São Paulo developer Persio Flexa saw an opportunity to create a cryptocurrency startup that was somewhat different from the rest.

After realising how complex and sometimes time-consuming cryptocurrency trading could be for those who are not familiar with bitcoin, or traders who simply do not have time to intensively conduct market studies, Flexa jumped at the opportunity to make it more accessible.

“As cryptocurrencies enter the mainstream, and more and more people want to jump on the bandwagon and get involved, enthusiasts are slowly realizing that this world needs a lot of focus and dedication,” commented Gimmer’s founder, Flexa.

“We at Gimmer are here to help with that. We know that not everyone has the time to monitor the markets 24/7, so we have created this super easy-to-use and intelligent platform to make it open to everyone. We hope the user enjoy using it as much as we have enjoyed developing it,” he added.

Thanks to its automated ‘plug and play’ nature, Gimmer uses bots that work using an algorithm, which trade and make calculated decisions on behalf of the customer, so that all the work is done for them.

With Gimmer, there is no need to programme the bots, unlike other platforms, although users may customise them and set parameters if they wish.

For more experienced trading customers, Gimmer also offers the opportunity to run backtests, enabling them to test strategies according to previous trading patterns and historical data.

Expert traders will also profit from the platform, as beginners will be given the opportunity to purchase their strategies. Similarly, Gimmer also gives bot-makers the opportunity to earn money for their skills.

Looking to the future, founder Flexa hopes to introduce AI to the startup, replacing algorithms to make smarter calculated decisions, in view of his ultimate goal for Gimmer to be the world’s largest platform of investments in cryptocurrencies.
